Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

·         Promote and explain Ayurveda Product and their health benefits.

·         Convince customers to place orders and meet monthly sales targets.

·         Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.

·         Provide excellent customer service and resolve any post-sale issues.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

·         Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Hindi/English

·         Basic knowledge of Ayurveda products and health industry preferred.

·         Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel or CRM software is a plus.
