You will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, responsible for building a robust talent pipeline by proactively reaching out to job seekers, pitching job opportunities, and screening for both skills and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Calling: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective candidates from job portals, internal databases, and referral networks.
Candidate Pitching: Clearly articulate job descriptions, company culture, and compensation details to engage both active and passive candidates.
Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary telephone screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and basic eligibility.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule shortlisted candidate interviews with respective hiring managers
