Job Title: BDE / Telecaller
Location: Thane, Wagle Estate
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.
Key Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to persuade and convince potential customers.
Confidence and willingness to make cold calls.
Fresher candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
