TELESALES EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telesales Executive who can communicate effectively with sellers over the phone and explain how our company helps them grow their business on online shopping platforms. The role involves calling potential sellers, understanding their products, and guiding them on how our services can increase sales on platforms like Meesho, Ajio, JioMart, Amazon, and others.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to sellers and introduce company services.
· Explain how our solutions help sellers grow on e-commerce platforms.
· Understand seller requirements and provide accurate information.
· Convince and onboard interested sellers.
· Follow up with potential sellers to close conversions.
· Maintain records of calls, seller details, and follow-ups.
· Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Basic knowledge of smartphones and e-commerce applications.
· Confident, motivated, and target-driven attitude.
· Knowledge of online marketplaces is an advantage.
· Hindi and English required; other languages are a plus.
Education
· Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

· Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
· Location: 5th Floor, ARG Group, Sikar Road, 9 Number
