Call customers and talk about the company’s products.
Answer customer questions.
Try to convince customers to buy the product.
Keep records of calls.
Follow up with interested customers.
Complete daily call or sales targets.

Good speaking skills.
Polite and friendly behavior.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confidence and patience.
🎓 Qualification:
12th pass or graduate.
Experience is helpful but not always required.
