Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tele collection officer to join our team Kuber Consultants. The role involves outbound calls to customer who defaulted loan repayments. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible and contributes to smooth operations.

• Convincing skills.

• Loan collection.

• Emi collection.

• EMI remainders calls.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 6 to 12 months experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Working Days during the day shift(9:30AM to 6:30PM).
