Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Justdial’s products and services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about listings and subscription plans.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up promptly.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Work closely with team leaders and report daily activities and performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English mandatory; regional language is a plus).

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Work Schedule:

• Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: [Mention shift timings – e.g., 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]

• Weekly Off: 1 fixed off (as per company policy)
