Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telesales / Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and friendly Telesales/Telecaller Executive to contact customers over the phone, explain products or services, and generate sales or leads. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls from customers

• Explain products, services, or offers clearly and politely

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Generate leads and close sales over the phone

• Maintain accurate customer records and call details

• Follow up with interested customers

• Achieve daily or monthly call and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and/or local language

• Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems

• Ability to convince and handle customer questions

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous telesales or telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
