Job Title: Telesales / Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and friendly Telesales/Telecaller Executive to contact customers over the phone, explain products or services, and generate sales or leads. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls from customers
Explain products, services, or offers clearly and politely
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate leads and close sales over the phone
Maintain accurate customer records and call details
Follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily or monthly call and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English and/or local language
Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems
Ability to convince and handle customer questions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous telesales or telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
