Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or Excel sheet.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Good listening, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
