Tele Sales Executive – Job Description

A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through telephone calls by reaching out to potential and existing customers. The role involves presenting products or services, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a positive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.

  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and follow up on leads.

  • Maintain and update customer database with call details and feedback.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
