Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, generating interest, explaining products or services, and following up to close leads or provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information or assistance.

• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.

• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.

• Work closely with the sales or support team to coordinate customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in languages English, Hindi, Marathi and other regional languages.

• Strong listening and persuasive skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
