Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team at Invest Ensure. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.Explain company services/products clearly and answer client queries.Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients.Maintain a detailed record of calls, client interactions, and feedback.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.Eligibility & Skills:Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.Experience:Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years in telecalling/sales/customer service.
