Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the company's lead database.
Explain Indian Traders Academy's courses, training programs, and services.
Understand students' requirements and provide relevant course information.
Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for successful admissions.
Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with prospective students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Internet).
Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Knowledge or interest in the stock market and trading will be an added advantage.
