Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information

• Follow up with customers to provide new products or services.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions

Document feedback: Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.

Attend team meetings: Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Responsibility: Calling, Promotion, Client communication, Lead generation.

Skills: Good communication skill, Client handling.

Qualification: Graduation (Any field).

Experienced: minimum 1year.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales executive is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude

• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure

• Languages: [e.g., English, Hindi, or any regional language as per your need]
