Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our admissions team and help aspiring aviation students start their career journey.

What you'll do:

· Handle incoming/outgoing calls for student inquiries about Cabin Crew, Ground staff , Hospitality and Retails etc.

· Counsel students & parents about courses, eligibility, and admission process.

· Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email.

· Maintain student data and support the counseling team.

· Achieve weekly admission targets.

Who can apply:

· Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience.

· Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn about aviation.

Job Details:

· Job Type: Full-time

· Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

· Location: Rajouri Garden (Work from Office)
