We’re expanding and looking for a dynamic Senior Executive – Telecalling who can lead communication efforts, manage lead flow, and drive conversions with professionalism and confidence.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a smart and confident Senior Executive – Telecalling to lead our communication and lead-conversion efforts. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, nurturing leads, and supporting front desk coordination. Female candidates are preferred for this role due to the nature of client interaction and service handling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls for client inquiries and consultation bookings

• Manage and nurture leads – from initial contact to confirmed appointment

• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and offers effectively

• Train and guide junior telecallers when needed

• Strategically follow up with leads across call, WhatsApp, and SMS to improve conversion

• Maintain and update lead data and follow-ups in CRM and Excel

• Collaborate with front office, doctors, and marketing teams for smooth client experience

• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism

• Provide input on lead quality and assist with optimizing calling scripts

• Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics

Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication and persuasive abilities

• In-depth knowledge of skin, hair, and cosmetic treatments (preferred)

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools

• Target-driven mindset with leadership qualities

• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced calling environment
