Gracia Marcom is looking for a confident and result-driven Telecalling Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, maintain accurate records, and support business growth through structured follow-ups and data management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services clearly.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Update and maintain accurate data in CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Verify and correct customer information to ensure data accuracy.
Maintain organized digital records for easy retrieval and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for lead updates and clarification of information.
Generate daily/weekly call reports and performance summaries.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
