DESIGNATION :
Telesales Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
v Calling new potential customers and persuade them to purchase company products and services.
v Converting the generated fresh leads to software demos. Need to make sure that clients sees demos and review the status for client satisfaction
v Continuous follow-ups and closing the deals.
v Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage reference leads.
v Taking care of expiry products and conveying clients to renew it before due dates
v Calling and exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
v Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
v Required Exp: 0-2 Years
v Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computers or related field is preferred.
v Experience working as a Sales Executive is preferable
v Proficiency in all Microsoft Office/Google Docs applications.
v The ability to follow scripts.
v Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
v Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
v Effective communication skills.
v Exceptional customer service skills
