Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to promote and sell credit cards over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit card products.

• Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate credit card.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English. (Regional language is a plus.)

• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge.
