We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Genesis Homes.
The role involves handling customer calls, updating lead information accurately, explaining project details, and supporting the sales process. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 and provides opportunities for growth.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and share project/plot details clearly.
Ensure customer data remains accurate, updated, and easily accessible for smooth operations.
Verify lead information, make corrections when needed, and report any discrepancies.
Follow up with leads and convince customers to schedule site visits.
Organize and maintain digital records (Excel/CRM) for quick access and retrieval.
Coordinate with the field team regarding scheduled site visits.
Generate daily call reports and lead status updates for internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
The minimum qualification for this role is SSLC / PUC, and the position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills (Kannada mandatory; Telugu an added advantage; basic English)
High level of accuracy in updating data
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred)
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday during the 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift
