Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tele calling Executive to join our team at Future India Business Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to promote our products/services and help the company grow by expanding its customer base. the position offers a salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 + Incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader or manager.

• Handle customer objections and convert them into positive responses.

• Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.

• Report and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
