Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases. • Explain real estate projects, investment opportunities, and property offerings. • Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team. • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication. • Update customer information and call records in the CRM/database. • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales. • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati preferred. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Experience • Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or similar sales-oriented industries. • Familiarity with lead generation and customer engagement processes.

Compensation • Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience. • Performance-based incentives on lead generation and conversions.

Working Days • 6 Days a Week
