Job Description:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our Fire Safety company in Pune. You will call existing customers and new leads for AMC renewals and fire safety system sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing customers for AMC renewal reminders and follow-ups
Call new leads and inform them about fire safety products and services
Fix appointments for field sales executives
Update call details, lead status, and follow-up dates in the tracker daily
Follow up regularly with interested customers until deal is closed
Handle basic customer queries on call politely and professionally
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements:

Good spoken Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
Comfortable making 60 to 80 calls per day
Basic computer knowledge — MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior telecalling experience in any sales field is preferred
Freshers with confident communication are welcome
