Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle the entire loan application process from login to disbursal.
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.).
Perform data entry of customer details into the loan management system.
Coordinate with customers for missing or incorrect documents.
Track the status of loan applications and update internal systems accordingly.
Assist in generating reports and maintaining accurate customer records.
Follow up with clients and update them on loan status or approval.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of loan and financial products.
Proficient in MS Excel and computer systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of CIBIL score and eligibility criteria.
