We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our outbound calling team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-centric attitude.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database/leads.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the system.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and calling guidelines.
Qualification: 10th and above
Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or BPO preferred (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
