Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Telecalling Executive for the Stock Market and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, explaining stock market products & services, and handling client queries to drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to prospective clients for stock market products and services
✔ Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives
✔ Explain stock market concepts, trading platforms, and investment products clearly to potential clients
✔ Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, follow up on leads regularly
✔ Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable stock market solutions
✔ Coordinate with the sales and advisory team for seamless client onboarding
✔ Handle queries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
✔ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion targets
✔ Maintain proper records of conversations, client details, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills
✔ Experience in Telecalling, Cold Calling, Business Development, or Customer Service preferred (Stock Market background is a plus)
✔ Basic knowledge of stock market, trading platforms, and financial services (training can be provided)
✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convince and engage clients
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
✔ Proficiency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required
✔ Willingness to learn stock market concepts and regulatory guidelines
