Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and following up with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/Marathi.
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
