Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain the products and eligibility.

• Handle inbound queries related to loan applications, documentation, and approval process.

• Assist customers in completing loan forms and provide clarity on required documents.

• Verify customer details and ensure accurate data entry in the internal system/CRM.

• Maintain follow-up with customers until loan process completion.

• Build and maintain professional communication with customers in Punjabi / Gujarati as per assigned region.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalate complex cases when required.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the team.

• Maintain productivity and call quality as per company standards.

• Provide clear and polite communication in basic English wherever needed.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
