Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0 – 5 years in Telesales, customer service, or sales or Online Tele-Calling.

• Education: Minimum Graduate or equivalent.

• Skills:

  • Ability to explain service packages clearly and convince customers to purchase.

  • Ability to handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) for recording and reporting data.

  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
