Experience: 0 – 5 years in Telesales, customer service, or sales or Online Tele-Calling.
Education: Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to explain service packages clearly and convince customers to purchase.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Good listening and interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) for recording and reporting data.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
