Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions.
Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences as required.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
