About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller proficient in English & Telugu to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers and fundraisers, providing product and service support, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound calls & attend inbound queries in English & Telugu
✅ Clearly explain solutions to prospective customers
✅ Support campaigns with guidance & timely assistance
✅ Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and ensure positive engagement
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver seamless service

Requirements
🔹 Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
🔹 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
🔹 Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism
