About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our inside sales team. As a remote sales professional, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our software solutions, and converting them into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business leads and introduce our software subscription services.

• Understand customer needs and explain the benefits and features of our software products.

• Generate interest, schedule demos (if needed), and follow up consistently to close deals.

• Maintain and update the CRM with call details, feedback, and customer information.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle objections and provide accurate product information.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for future upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in B2B or SaaS domain).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and productivity software.

• Self-disciplined, motivated, and target-driven.

• A laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection is a must.
