Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our Software Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients using company-provided data, explaining our software products/services, and generating sales leads.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers candidates who want to start their career in IT Sales & Business Development and those who have BPO background experience candidates also can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads/data
Clearly explain the company’s software products and services to prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain and regularly update call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and book appointments for the sales team
Handle customer queries professionally and politely
Meet targets for booking online and offline demos, ensuring all demo details are updated in the Google Sheet
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Any stream)
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Interest in software/IT sales
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Any prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
