Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tellecaller to join our team who can make outbound and receive inbound calls and close the requirement for hiring candidates on timely basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or offers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School / Bachelor’s degree

• Freshers are welcome for the role
