We are looking for a Telle caller to join our team at Credark India consulting pvt ltd . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of AS per industry along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Explain different loan products (e.g., personal loan, business loan) and their benefits.
Understand customer requirements and assess their loan eligibility.
Collect necessary documentation and details from interested customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
Schedule appointments for further processing if required.
Maintain and update the CRM or call records.
Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by the management.
Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th or Graduate and 06 months to 1 year. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Job Skills is an added advantage.
