Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive with at least 6 Months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services and generate interest.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi. English communication is an added advantage.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
No computer work required. Only calling responsibilities.
Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.

Timing : 10 am to 7 pm
