Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
Explain company products/services to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain daily call records and customer database.
Generate leads and support the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in telecalling or customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
