Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing information about our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries.

• Provide accurate information about products or services.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details.

• Follow up with customers when necessary.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi].

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
