Job Description: Mutual Fund Sales Executive / Relationship Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Mutual Fund Sales Executive / Relationship Manager. The role involves promoting mutual fund products, building strong client relationships, and providing investment solutions aligned with customer financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing investors.

• Understand client financial needs, risk appetite, and suggest suitable mutual fund schemes.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for mutual fund investments.

• Conduct financial planning sessions and explain product features, benefits, and performance.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, references, and marketing campaigns.

• Educate clients on SIPs, STPs, SWPs, ELSS, and other mutual fund products.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and company guidelines in all sales activities.

• Maintain client records, track portfolio performance, and provide periodic reviews.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, research, customer service) for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.

• AMFI / NISM Mutual Fund Certification is mandatory.

• Proven experience in mutual fund sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds, and investment products.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
