Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tele sales executive to join our team Chefshield India Pvt Ltd. A Telesales Executive's job description includes selling products or services over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, meeting sales targets, and building customer relationships. Key responsibilities involve lead generation, handling customer inquiries and objections, providing product information, and maintaining accurate sales records in a CRM system. 

Core responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling:

  Contacting potential customers to introduce products and services, or handling outgoing/incoming calls from interested customers. 

• Sales and Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. 

• Customer Interaction:

  Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, sending quotations and providing exceptional customer service. 

• Lead Generation and Management:

  Creating contact lists, developing and using sales scripts, and following up on leads to ensure high conversion rates. 

• Relationship Building:

  Developing and sustaining solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to make suitable recommendations. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.

  Strong verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities. 

• Salesmanship:

  Persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills are crucial for closing sales.
