Shift Timing: General Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Promote products/services over calls.
Maintain proper call records and customer details.
Follow up with interested customers.
Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a call centre/BPO environment.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
