Job Responsibilities
Contact customers through outbound calls.
Promote and sell Personal Loan products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
Generate leads and maintain follow-ups until loan disbursement.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
6 months to 5 years of experience in Telecalling/Telesales/Personal Loan Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
