Key Responsibilities of Tele caller :-

Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective immigration clients
Provide accurate information about immigration programs, visas, PR, study, and work permits
Understand client requirements and assess basic eligibility
Explain services, documentation, timelines, and fee structures clearly
Schedule appointments for clients with immigration consultants
Follow up with interested leads to convert inquiries into clients
Maintain and update client data in CRM or internal databases
Handle client queries professionally and resolve basic concerns
