Position: Telesales Executive – Legal Services (Lawyer Panel)

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are hiring telesales/customer support executives to connect with individuals facing legal issues (loan disputes, recovery harassment, cheque bounce cases, etc.) and guide them toward affordable legal assistance packages through our panel of advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads seeking legal help for debt-related or personal legal issues

Understand the caller's problem and explain how our lawyer panel packages can help resolve it

Clearly communicate package details, pricing, and process to potential clients

Convert inquiries into paid enrollments and collect payment online

Maintain follow-ups and update CRM/lead tracker daily

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Prior experience in a sales process involving online payment collection (e.g., insurance, financial products, EMI/loan settlement, subscription sales)

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude

Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Salary: ₹18,000/month + Incentives on conversions
