We’re looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. Your role will be to connect with potential clients, understand their business goals, and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling and wants to grow in the fast-paced digital space.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database
Understand client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing services
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Schedule appointments for sales managers or demos
Maintain CRM and track daily sales activity
Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets
6 months–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in digital marketing/IT/SAAS)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong understanding of digital services like SEO, PPC, SMM, etc. (basic training can be provided)
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable working with performance KPIs
