Contact existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.
Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Verify and update customer information while identifying and resolving any data discrepancies.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records to ensure easy and secure access.
Provide administrative support to help streamline departmental operations.
Prepare and present reports to internal teams for better decision-making.
Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
