Job Title: Personal Loan & Overdraft Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Personal Loan Telecaller to contact prospective customers, explain personal loan products, generate qualified leads, and assist customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments or transfer interested customers to the sales team.
Assist customers with documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
Good computer and CRM skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

High school or bachelor's degree preferred.
