• Maintain customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.

• Follow up on leads and ensure proper closure of sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report daily activities and outcomes to the team leader/manager.
