The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers (corporates, SMEs, institutions) for leased line internet services.
Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and convert leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).
Schedule appointments/meetings for the field sales team.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and previous calls.
Coordinate with the Sales & Technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate technical or pricing-related issues to respective teams.
Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
