We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, handle customer queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects based on the given database.
Explain product and service details clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and maintain daily call records.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Handle inbound queries in a professional manner.
Maintain and update CRM/customer database.
Generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
